• Housing Development Multifamiliy, Condo, Single Family, Special Needs.
• Community Development Assist towns and non-profits with grant writing, consulting, project administration and management on an array of projects including senior centers, ADA access, housing rehab, infrastructure improvements.
• Homeownership Counseling and Assistance Administer 4 session counseling seminars, provide one to one counseling, provide grants and loans for downpayment and closing cost assistance.
• Property Management Provide complete management including leasing, rent collection, accounting services and physical plant maintainance for residential and commercial properties.
• Pittsfield Maintenance Service Provides construction services. Staff includes carpenters and painters.
• Section 8 Administration Manage Sec 8 Voucher program, Job Link, ISSI and other special programs for Berkshire County.
