HB101 is a 9 hour class over the course of two days.  Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion which qualifies them for first time homebuyer programs in Massachusetts.

- Shopping for a home to meet your needs

- Building credit

- Budgeting and managing debt

- Introduction to the mortgage process

- Home inspection process

- Home insurance

- Legal process of buying a home
