HUD's 2013 AMI Income limits: These numbers were released on December 11, 2012. In order to be eligible for assistance, a household's annual gross income must be within the income limits set for the federal rental assistance program (also known as Section 8 or the Housing Choice Voucher Program).

The Family Self-Sufficiency Program is a voluntary five-year program for families with Section 8 vouchers. The program helps families become financially independent.
