CTI offers a CHAPA approved first time home buyer course consisting of 4 evening classes in the form of a Zoom webinar. Course material covers the entire home buying process including budgeting, mortgages, down payment assistance, working with the realtor, lawyer and home inspector as well as affordable housing. Instructors typically include a budgeting/credit professional, mortgage lender, lawyer, realtor and home inspector.
You must participate in all 4 classes to earn your certificate (good for 2 years).
