The interactive workshops involve detailed presentations from industry professionals including a home inspector, real estate broker, lending officer, real estate lawyer, home insurance agent, and fair housing specialist. If homebuyers attend 8 hours of class time, they earn a certificate that gives access to specialized mortgage products and other benefits and discounts, including additional training. Pre-registration for this class is required.
