Notes:

This monthly workshop focuses on all aspects of the home buying process including information about various government loans and will have speakers including a mortgage lender, real estate broker, real estate attorney, home inspector, and home insurance agent. This course is geared towards the purchase of an existing single family home (including condos and townhouses). Multi-family home purchases may require additional instruction based on lender requirements.

Pre-registration is required. Please do not register if you are not certain you can attend BOTH classes. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please ensure your device supports BOTH audio and visual communication.
